So I think the most memorable sleeping experience was when my mind wake awake but my body was asleep. I was laying in bed for a while but just couldn't seem to calm my mind. About an hour later, I felt the heaviness of my limbs and knew that they were paralyzed (from the methionine or whatever). I was just lying there and my body got wiiickkeddd hot! It kind of burned but it felt comfortable at the same time. Then I moved around because it was getting a bit to warm! Idk, ever had that happen to you?

Several times, with the same circumstances. Felt like about 10 minutes or so, but ended up being about 45

I've never been aware of the body paralysis while sleeping, but the most memorable time of being conscious while sleeping is one morning while waking. I have no memory of the dreams I had that night, but my consciousness was awake and aware before my body was. I exited my dream, being aware that the sun was up and it was morning, and I moved,(swam) upwards through the surface of water to rise up behind my eyes and settle there before my eyes opened. I've never felt so awake and un-groggy.
