think i lucid dreamed

ok so the short story is. A couple of nights ago a possessed old lady tryed 2 lick and sniff me. the spirit than wanted 2 get inside of me. I new i was dreaming and was trying 2 wake myself up. i had a physical battle b4 i finally woke up. just looked this kind of stuff on google and lucid dreaming poped up. Can some one explain what happend?

if you knew that you are inside the dream world so it was a lucid dream. sometime we have a dreams that we think we have control but it still not a lucid dream.

to test it you should try to have the same dream again and than control it within the dream state
