I want to be able to learn how to control my dreaming, and have more dreams more often and be able to remember them. Does anyone know how I could do that? Or any tips that could help? Thanks in advance.

start by writting a dream journal it will help you to remeber your dreams. and each night you are going to sleep you have to think about the dreams you wrote so you will be able to dream the same dream. after you are in the dream you should recognise it and be aware that you are dreaming. if not than you have to practice on being aware that you are dreaming. the best thing to develop your awareness through day training:
every time you are looking at your clock ask yourself: "am i dreaming ?". in the night before you get to sleep you have to try dreaming about your clock and when you will be inside the dream you automatically ask your self: "am i dreaming ?" and than youwill be aware of being inside the dream ! The clock is usefull trick but other symbols might be good for you as well (my lucid symbol is a full moon). during the day you can also ask your self if you are dreaming every time you drink. than before going to bed you should make yourself thirsty. than you will be dreaming that you are drinking and be aware of your dream. a full guide can be found here: lucid dreaming |

Try reading some literature on the subject and the understanding of what it is, once you know how something fully works, your mind should adapt based upon its understanding of the subject. This has been a subject that has interested me for about the last 10 years, and something i picked up on at an early age. There is a suprising amount of literature out there available at even your public library on the subject.
