my lucid dream that needs answers

my name is Toni i am a 20 yrs old female. i have a girlfriend and we have been going through artificial insemination and it doesnt seem to be working. we havent thought about baby plans even though it is something we want very badly. we have not tried going back to have it done for the last month, in the mean time i have had ongoing dreams. a few weeks ago i had a dream about holding a baby girl in my arms at my house. i could see everything about her but her face. last night i had dreamed about being at the hospital laying on the bed with my regular clothes on with her in my arms. i had woke up and my girlfriend had walked in the room, i had called our family and said i guess traci (girlfriend) had a baby and we didnt know she was pregnant. the only thing is we dont know who had it but i am having these dreams every couple weeks and they connect together and show me a little more each time i dream. i would like to know if this dream is telling me something? it was the most beautiful baby, and it looked just like me, but had my girlfriends eyes. we are planning on my girlfriend having the baby, but could this be a sign for it to be me? i need some direction. i have never had a dream feel this strong. i had woke up with a big smile on my face and my arms were as if i was really holding this beautiful child in my arms. yet i havent thought of this baby stuff for a few weeks nor mentioned it to my girlfriend or family in the last couple weeks either. it just hasnt been on my mind
