OOBE or Dream?

okay about a week ago i had this strange dream and in my dream i felt like i was floating n i looked down n saw my body out cold i was so shocked i tried to explore but i got scared n i asked to go back n i went back.....i didnt remember this until a few days later was it a dream or a OOBE that i just didnt remeber?

OBEs are sometimes reported to be preceded by and initiated from a lucid dream state, though other types of immediate and spontaneous experience are also reported. In many cases, people who claimed to have had an OBE reported being asleep, on the verge of sleep, or already asleep shortly before the experience.

OBEs often occur during the borderline stage between REM sleep and arousal when sleep paralysis may persist and dream imagery may mingle with sensory input.

My verdict is: OBE . . It -usually- happens in that way.
