"Vampire Dream"

For the past year now I have had reoccurring dreams about running as fast as I can in a field then all the sudden im in the air flying it feels really amazing. About three months ago ive been having reoccurring vampire dreams and im wondering if they are or can be connected. This dream I can remember almost everything that happend. I wake up in my dream already have been bit by a vampire while dazed not turned into a vampire yet but to the side of me is a vampire women she is dressed in black and red. In my arm she enjects me with a vile and "says this will make you turn into a vampire faster" wich i did. That was 3 months ago after that dream i have vampire dreams all the time. In the dream its only me and her running away from hunters. In the dream me and her it feels like we have so much power and can conquer who ever we want to wich are the hunters. If anybody can please help me out that would be awesome thank you for your time....
