it`s paralize sleep. for me it always happens when i`m too tired and dont have good night sleep. it`s like i`m still a wake and can sleep completly.
The best thing is to try to relax before you are going to sleep and in this way you will fall slowly to sleep. |

ya, and i thought of another way to describe how i feel in those dreams. i feel like im drugged, like everything is moving too slow

I believe the slothfulness is actually caused by a drug, of sorts. Paralysis occurs most nights in everyone because of chemicals the body releases to keep the body from acting out dreams. From what I've read, it's a substance called melatonin. Sleep paralysis happens when we wake up, while paralysing chemicals are still in effect.
