I want my dreams back!!

These last nights I had foreign dreams. In the dream, I´m another person or I´m watching like a ghost. Though I know the background it is so

Therefore I fly away. It nuts me!!

. I´m exhausted, and when I go to bed I was longing all t day for my own dreams. HELP!!
