Spirit Guides

I have always been amazed that if we are writing down and paying close attention to our dreams we will notice we have guides/teachers.

I have a few teachers that have taught me about human energy, compassion, avoiding danger, or whatever lesson I need to know. I would love to hear stories about others experiences and how it has affected their waking lives.

My teachers come in different genders, nationalities, and one time my deceased grandmother came to me to help me with the future.

do the teachers you mention refer to themselves as "angels of light" or "light beings?" You should not trust them. They are sheep in wolves clothing.

it is my understanding that they are just that spirit guides they can only try and guide you not harm you at the end of the day you can only take what you think you need from what they say or show you i have seen many a spirit and they mostly are scared and alone or just simply want a chat as far as guides go mine follows me everywhere but i sense it only when she or he lets me i can tell you she or he is a wolf and has helped me alot in my waking life as well as in my sleeping state it is because of my guide thast i am able to now accept my past life/ lives and understand more about myself where i am heading and how i got to this point all i can say is treat them like you would a friend but if it gets to a point where you need your space advise them its not a good time and to come back when it is they usually listen i sense my more on a full moon to i hope this has helped you

Maybe Im missing something...but how do you even know what a spirit guide is?

Does it talk to you out loud, OR does it just send messages to you through someone else?

Do you see these spirit guides...how do you even know theres more than 1 hanging around?

If anyone can answer this than it would answer alot of questions.

I just meet my `guides` when I fall asleep into my inner dream. They were almost like humans, a bit more tall. Now I know they weren´t good entities.
When I´m awake I still can hear ´em in my left ear..very low.. But my seal protect me.

My spirit guides usually come to me in human form. They are people I do not know and they usually impart wisdom or guide me to look at something in a different way. They have never harmed me, only helped me. I usually am not aware that they are guides until I awake. They have been both male/female and of different ages and ethnic backgrounds. Here is an example of one:

I am standing on the side of the highway and arguing with some man about money or something he was supposed to do. There was an elderly woman in a wheelchair next to us. Without saying a word she grabs my face and makes me look at her. She has a wide toothless grin and she makes me look deeply into her eyes. Without a sound she has presented me with my message. Life is filled with joy and happiness and what I am arguing about is meaningless and unimportant.

My guides have also been my deceased grandmother, an Italian man with a moustache, an American female psychic, and elderly Japanese man
