why do I see some dreams in form of images!!!!!

I have a tendency of being in a dream and what would have been words to be said by a human being come in form of images and I would know what they are saying!!!!! This has happened in many of my dreams. Anyone has some light to this???

Some people have what's called synesthesia, blending of senses: in this case visions and meaning where normally there would be sound. I think it's a gift.
Watch and keep notes of what you see around people during waking hours, maybe keep a little notebook so you can remember in your pocket or purse, and see if you aren't picking up thoughts as images during day. That would be telepathy as well.

When you live with people and become sensitive to their moods, that can happen. My son doesn't believe in telepathy, but it happens all the time.
He'll think or say something I just thought and vice versa. As long as I don't call it telepathy, he's okay.
