dream of rat falling on to my bed from window

I had just slept, half asleep and there was a rat in the window next to my bed.
I saw the tail but before I could get out covers, it turned and fell. It was like trying to get into the glass window to go outside but the window was closed and it fell in my bed and so I woke up shaking my body to get it off the bed.!!

Do you have rats in neighborhood? They are very common and one can get loose. Our cat cornered once in our hallway. Turned out there was a crack in the sewer line and the broken pipe had just been put back in place and the wily thing pushed up the tile...We cemented it in place and that was the end of that.
We dispatched the rat with a shovel. Yuck.
