Too Intense :0

Hi Everybody!

It's good to be a member and be a part of this!

I joined this community because lately I've been concerned with how intense my dreams have gotten,to the point where I enjoy dreaming rather then being awake in reality-weird isn't it? I wanted to know if i'm going crazy,or if my mind is just thinking too much/too deeply as usual.

Well anyway,about my dreams should I tell you guys that almost 95 %
of my dreams have been about death-
but not the typical "I'm dying" sort of dreams,but usually what happens Is I die-but within the dream
(and this is where I question reality with my fantasy)
I KNOW I'm dying,and I KNOW that if I wanted
to resurrect my death I could come back to life to finish what I hadn't already done...

ANOTHER DEATH-DREAM SCENARIO :


But not just regular death of me dying or being killed,
the dream last night was being mass murdered,and i died
--- and i could FEEL my soul "traveling" into a dimension,
another place,
It was a white glowy misty cloud which was my soul,
but then i realized my work was not finished here on earth
so i returned but my soul went into another person's body,my friend Leslie......

I know this is such a cliche for dreams to say but I really DID intensely feel as if my soul was travelling-I remember vividly-It was white,misty,almost-cloudly looking...


ONE MORE DREAM SCENE ! :

I was in a dark alleyway( I don't know why lol don't ask!)
I was in the alleyway i think talking on my cell phone,
when a man runs in,grabs me,and tries to steal my purse
Being the bad-ass babe I am,I don't let him off easy without a fight and we struggle for a bit
The robber has a gun with him and he shoots me in the stomach.
I die.
I resurrect and come back to life.
The robber dropped his gun in the dark alleyway and I pick it up,
headed towards the city,away from the dark alleyway
By this time a mob is also on the pursuit of capturing the robber
We're all chasing him down the streets,and we get him!
Once caught,I see his face clearly(too up close if you ask me)
we're eye to eye- face to face
we look at eachother as if there were daggers in our eyes
and then boom,I wake up from my slumber....


They say dreams about death can usually mean a re-birth of some sort,but what can dreams about mine be saying ?

If anyone can give me any insight or opinion on this,it would help me a lot.

I often have very intense dreams when im awake while sleep for me takes instense consontration to the detail to run a dream, but ive learned with these intense dreams that you always have control go with the dream and try to understand the information flowing into your mind while having the control to stop and wake up when and if it gets to intense. Try not to fear these intense dreams but instead try talking to yourself about it as if you were talking to someone else, sounds crazy but you quickly find easy soultions to alot of lifes problems. I dont really understand alot of my own dreams but i dedicate a few hours a week to trying to understand them.

Have you been worrying a lot, in your life generally? I feel that dreams can sometimes be the reaction of your psyche to things which are troubling you...particularly if you don't address them.
