Meeting other people in my dreams

In my dreams there are people who sometimes appear and talk to me. I already know their names as: Arya, Arabella, Aria, Arianna, Tory, and Terra. But the person I want to talk to is Arella. I've never met Arella and I'm the only one who knows what she looks like and I suck at drawing so there's no way I can trigger a dream about her by pictures. How can I trigger a lucid dream about her?!
