He was with my friend who just lost her babys dad?

I just had a dream last night that I walked in on my fiancee with one of my really close friends (we will call her Alicia). Alicia just lost her babys dad to drunk driving, and in my dream i caught them together and when i asked my fiancee what he was doing, he very vividly described to me what he was/ had been doing. I ran outside and he chased me. Then all the sudden everything was ok, and we were at home and his friends came over but he wasnt with them. I asked where he was and they told me that he was with another friend, but he was with alicia again. Then I woke up.

Now, just for the record, we have never cheated on each other and we trust each other a lot. I have been stressed lately with work and school and planning our wedding, but what does this mean?? It was soo real...

Someone please analyze this!!!!! Tell me what this means!!!!
