I'm getting married in August and I've been a VERY calm bride to be. I havent thrown any fits about what I want, what I'm getting, or my overall "vision." Two nights ago, however, I stayed at my brother-in-law's house to watch his 3 year old and 5 month old and I had a dream that my head was infested with lice and I woke up to my scalp really itching!!! Then last night, for the first time since we've been engaged, I had a dream about the wedding. It was almost set up like a circus (please note that I am beyond terrified of clowns). There was a main tent where another wedding was taking place and we were getting ready in the back wings. I didn't see my fiance once in the dream. I walked into my dressing room, unzipped my dress, and the front of it was FILTHY, the back however was clean as can be. I had a nervous break down. Then my sister-in-law to-be showed up in her matron of honor gown and they had shortened it to be a mini skirt when caused me to have another nervous break down. THen I remember some of my fiance's friends showing up in jeans and sweatshirts and looking at me in my dress (which was now an entirely different dress than the filthy one). I also remember having heart palpatations over the fact that my make up/hair artist was running reall really late. I realize its common to have nightmares about the wedding when it's 19 weeks away, but I just need help analyzing the smaller things, like the filty wedding dress and my sister in law's mini skirt......etc. Thanks!!

Honestly, I think the dream reflects your worries about the wedding. Maybe they're subconscious and you don't necessarily acknowledge them, but that's what I think it is. Or maybe you are hoping your marriage/wedding is not a "circus"?
