This is getting out of control

Well for the path two months I've been having very lucid dreams about getting shot, The first one which is constanly replaying in my mind is then one were I am walking down a stair case at my school, When I reach the end of the stairs I open a blue metal door, as I walk outside things are normal, then I walk pass a chained lane fence, and suddenly I hear a loud gunshot and a secound latter my body collaspes, and I am lying in a pile of dirt, but when I got shot at the same time I am crossing paths with this guy I've liked for over the year, and I hand him a note, I have know clue what the note says or what it means,

Another dream I had was at school again, I was walking around the track
and a bright pink car pulls up its old fashioned, all the kids out on the field all
turn around and look at it, but I had this bad feeling that something was wrong becasue the car just appeared and no one was around to drive it,
So I start to run, Im heading back into the building because Im scared.
When I look back I see three men behind the car, there dressed in all black
and the have big guns straped to them, they see that I saw them but I was so frighted that I didnt say anything to the people around me. Then the began to fire, I jump down and began to squirm trying so hard to reach the gates,
Then I feel a mist in the air, I turn around and its a one of the gun men
he put the gun to my neck, the gun was long so he was towering over me
he then said "whats wrong" but he had a devilish grin on, right at that moment his head was shot his large body lyed over me, he had his finger on the trigger and as he was falling he pulled the trigger, when he was shot his knees dropped so the gun was faced toward my belly, I was dying slowly
and painfully, I woke up then and when I fell back asleep the dream repeated itself, I woke up again and stayed up
I wonder if I would of went back to sleep would I have experienced it again, what does it mean?

or perhaps you are currently in school and have a fear about random shootings there. or perhaps you were shot in a previous life.
the note you were passing to the guy you liked. were you hoping he would save you from getting shot or were you trying to warn him he could get hurt? you said you didn't know what the note said but what feeling did you get as you were handing the note over? i usually use my feelings in my dreams rather than hearing or seeing anything specific.

i read these "prescriptions for nightmares" in a lucid dreaming book. in order to use them you must first know that in a dream you can do what ever you want! if it doesn't work the first time keep practicing!

if you're being pursued:stop running, face the pursuer, look him in the eye! this in itself may cause the pursuer to disappear or become harmless! if that doesn't work then try talking to the character:who are you? why are you here? why are you acting the way you are?!! go away!
listen to the characters response try to address his problem as well as your own. try to make an agreement or become friends!

being attacked:don't give in meekly to the attack or flee!! show your readiness to defend yourself! try talking to him! DON'T BE AFRAID! find acceptance and love within yourself and reflect it outward to the threatening figure!!!

if you have a dream and it doesn't work the fist time BE PERSISTENT! it'll probably work in your next dream! don't give up!
