Condos

I'm having the same dream with variations over and over again. I live in a very nice condo. The first time I bought my own home, it was a small condo in a very large complex. My current complex is only 64 units. I keep dreaming about my first condo. I seem to be protective of it but I'm not living in it full time in my dream. I keep it fully furnished and visit it almost daily and take my dog with me. We walk around to let people think we still live there and I spend some time watching out the window for burglers. The second time I dream about my old condo, I'm living in that same large complex in a "new, upscale" version of my old condo. Now I seem to have school bus transportation issues for my daughter in the dream and the transportation is very good but she never catches the bus...always acting like it's such a difficult thing to do and I wind up driving her to some out of the way public bus stop. I still won't sell the old condo to anybody and I'm basically living in both condos...taking turns by the day. The third time I dream about my old condo, I'm living in it part-time and somebody else that I don't know lives there when I'm not there. I bring my parents over to let them see what these "other" people have done with the place. They are making wonderful improvements, removing walls, beautiful furnishings, great paint and color schemes and then suddenly, I walk in one day and some of the furnishings are replaced with things I don't like as well, the floor boards in the living room are very weak and you cannot stand in that room without the floor breaking and they built a very large dog kennel under the deck with several large dogs. I don't seem to be afraid of the dogs but disturbed that these people are turning the condo into a kennel.

Anyway, what's up with all these dreams about my old, tiny condo. I sold it when I got married and built a beautiful home but got divorced and moved back into a condo but a much nicer condo. There is a lot of unrest in my current community...war between certain political factions all based on silliness but there is a large elderly population there and they seem to have nothing better to do with their time than to pick on and fight with neighbors.
