I had a dream last night that I was walking up a sidewalk, during the wintertime. I seen a few houses around, the odd car driving past, then this dang doorbell keeps ringing in my head, not the kind of ringing as though it were at a house, but this one was not part of the dream sequence it was overlapping the dream. I have no idea where it came from, I looked around in my dream, but seen no one at any doorbell. I have no idea what was going on, but it ended up waking me out of the dead sleep.

You mentioned the weather being winter. Does winter time represent anything to you, such as lonliness or youthulness?
Were these houses fermiliar to you? If so, the location could be significant. Otherwise, it would probably represent a new place you will be going to. It seems like you might be planning to go somewhere new to you, such as a new grocery store or mall, where you will undoubtedly meet someone. This person will be anoying, but you will welcome their presence because it's easier than getting away from them (getting up to answer that door). Detatching yourself from this new person is what you know that you should want to do, but it might not be the easiest choice for you and you are therefor not very motivated to make it. Question: Could this new person be someone who is around you in consious life, such as an employee at a new job or friend you've recently met somewhere that is a new place for you? Think about the new locations you've been to or are going to. Someone is or will definately be racking your nerves to all hell |
