i'm scared of my house? : o

i find that after i have lucid dreams that take place somewhere that i am familiar, i become kind of afraid, maybe suspicious of that place and my mind is therefor way more alert in these places. my lucid dreams are common that i lose control near the end and it turns into some form of nightmare, but the nightmare part usually happens away from where i was. anyone else get this?

I don't have lucid nightmares but I can wake up if I fall asleep focoused. I close my eyes in my dream then open the THEN I try to open them further I can FEEL my eyes opening! ^^ Then ya wake up! ^^
