Outer body experience
I'm having a dream that I am asleep and my spirit or something was standing over me watching me as I sleep and even though I'm sleep I can see it watching me. Can someone help me understand this dream?

In the dream that led me to this sight I experianced the same thing. I was watching myself the way you described. I'm not sure why that is lol.
