Unusual dreams

I had 2 dreams that happened to take place at night that made really no sence at all. I was hoping that maybe someone could help me out on figuring them out.

Dream 1:

I was working at my old job. I was closing up the store by myself like always. The only difference was that it wasn't in the same strip mall as it is in. It's in a strip with a Dairy Queen and a grocery store. In the dream it was in a strip mall that was closer to my house. Anyway, I went out to grab a sign that is advertising the store. That's when I noticed that it was in a different strip mall than normal. I went out and started to look aroung, I went back into the store and the set up of the store was compleatly different then it was when I left. It was almost like I was in a different ice store. I then noticed that there was something weird going on and turned around to leave and get some help, but the entire place was deserted. I was calling people to help. I was calling on the phone and yelling out for help. Then there was a guy that looked like my boss at the time of my working with him and said that he was there to help me. Next thing I know I'm laying on my back fighting for my life. I'm screaming "Get off of me. Officer (Lets call her) "Johnson" I need your help." Yet no one is coming to help. I remember blacking out in the dream and waking up in an ambulance with Officer "Jacobs" sitting in the ambulance with me saying that I am going to be alright.

Dream 2:

I was in one of my friends' neighborhoods with 2 of my friends from school. we were dressed up like we were going to a ball or something fancy. This neighborhood that we were in wasn't a hood that my friends knew. But we were walking around and joking and laughing. Having a great time with each other. We were walking to my car when all of a sudden we were running for our lives. I ran to my car and I didn't have to open my car door. I just appeared in it. My friends ran off in a different direction. The people who were chasing us were coming after me and not them. I was thinking thank God that the girls aren't being chassed because they aren't protected like me. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw 3 dark figures comming after me with guns and knives. That's when I woke up.

Can anyone help me in any way possible that would be great.

Please. Is there any explanation for this dream? Anything at all? What would these dreams mean?

In the first dream, screaming isn't a good symbol, it means a disturbance or a disaster.

Well, see that's the thing, these are people that I work with. I know these officers. I used to work with the guy in my first dream. No, they didn't occur on the same night. I just keep on thinking about them and wonder if they have any meaning. That's all.
