| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Hi,
First time this site and would like to know if other people see themselves out of their dreams. I mean it looks like I am watching a movie of myself. As I am part of the audience. Does this make sense? |

Thanks Resin8love for your comment. Not sure if this means good or bad, but I am a person that likes details.
Just looking for clarification. I also dream in color and can go on and on about my dreams that my wife thinks at times I'm weird because she hardly ever remembers her dreams. Also I can re-dream the same over and over again and can also change it if I want to. Is this normal? It seems I can control my dreams but I do not know what this means. Any thougths? Thanks again |

i believe it's called lucid dreaming, where you are aware of the things in your dream and you can manipulate it without waking up. i do this alot. i have the same dream and think to myself, "ok...dream is going THIS way now..."
you command it and it happens right? im sure its called lucid dreaming!! perfectly normal. i dont think we possess any unique magical abilities. |

Dreams in color is symbolic of mood or condition of objects, the fact you can remember your dream and your wife can't is no big deal. Some people can recall their dreams more than others. I suggest to keep a dream journal close to your bed, when you wake up you jot down anything that comes to your memorym, as the day progresses your more likely to forget. God bless
