look at it this way.

dream is one way where two or more people can communicate.
When you dream, it is then safe to think that someone is talking with you.

And since the dream is a higher form of communication,
those who do not understand how it works can't really put the device to work.
No humans can fully understand how the dream works.

another question you might want to ask yourself is,
who else is out there that you believe can use dreams as a communication tool? Your dad? I doubt it.
The chance is that you will be looking for an entity that is not human; such is the spirit of the ones who died.

You speak for yourself liquidstar! It is ignorance only that make dreams mysterious. Indeed dreams are part of of life - a vital function of life. Your dreams are not concerned with anything supernatural - dead or alive! Their only concern is to keep you alive!

I applaud your being a Christian. History records Christians being killed for 2 thousand years. In the Islamic and atheists countries Christians are still being tortured, raped, mutilated, and killed on a daily basis. This is largely ignored by the media. The world acts like it is okay to kill a Chrisitian, that they do God a favor by doing it.

6 million Jews were killed during WW2, and 10 million Christians were killed. The Germans killed their own people before they began their assault on the Christians and Jews.

As a Christian I feel I have nothing to which I should apologize to the world.

I also don't think your question is rude or out of line. I'm very new here, and admittedly I had to look around a little at the headings to see if this wasn't actually a Christian based community I had stumbled upon. Maybe there is more of it in the prophetic folder because people are conditioned to automatically think of bible Prophets rather than prophesy itself as an "ability" and "experience" separate from biblical passages?

Dreams about spirituality and trying to figure out the mysterious is one thing, but it is rather confusing and misleading when people post about their dreams having nothing to do with Christianity and then get comments quoting scripture, disagreeing on religious paths and origins, and implying everything can be solved or remedied by following the religious ideas of others.

I think people "get" that you're happy with your god. I think they "got that" about 15 posts ago. I think they want some answers to their dreams, not to their religious leanings.

I think that the interesting thing about being on the internet is that we are connecting with so many different people from all over the world. People from different races, cultures, belief systems, circumstances, etc,,
Everyone has opinions, ideas and beliefs that are important to them and it doesnt mean we cant learn from where someone else is or what they have experienced. If we all thought the same it would be a very uninteresting discussion??
