| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Hi all! just registered today, i am trying to find an answer. I have about up to ten different dreams a nite, i remember them all as if i have actually been there. This has been going on for about 12 months now and i am very very tired. I think it is all starting to catch up with me i have red eyes all the time. I will go to bed and sleep for 9 or 10 hours without waking and wake up feeling like i have not slept a wink and i am exausted. I enjoy dreaming and love remembering them, but being pysically and mentally exausted all day isn't very nice can anyone please help???????? or tell me why this is happening????

When one remembers dreams very often, there must be a physical reason for it. Sometimes a dream will indacate its cause, so if you post a couple of dreams someone might tell you wht the problem might be. Cheers Wolfjk

Thanks for replying, most of my dreams are related to that day. For example i was reading yesterday about teeth falling out in dreams so last nite i dreamt that a guy i know was getting a tooth pulled out by another guy i know. I was talking about playing Hockey yesterday, so i dreamt about playing Hockey with my sister. They are just a couple of examples i have thought that my mind is just going to fast all the time, but i have no trouble getting to sleep its just all the dreaming.... |

Well, it does seem awkward every time you dream, you get so exhausted from it.Maybe you have some special gift of looking at something and you will see what happens in the future? I'm not completely sure, but it seems like you may be telling the future. Like for example, you look at an item, then dream of it and something happens to it later on. That might exhaust you from seeing all this. Try to relax at the day time, since this gives you too much pressure. Tell me how it goes!

If you are having some problems at night school that would also put you on edge. Try to relax and your sleep will be easier. We all have some difficult times. Cheers Wolfjk

I'm not really sure what to tell you about that if that's just started happening to you in the past year or so. I don't know if somebody asked you but, has something traumatic or exciting happened to you in that timeframe?
Now, something that is kind of a shot in the dark is, have you had your thyroid checked? I have hypothyroidism and before I got on medication for it, I had trouble (more than my usual) sleeping. It affects your whole system so that may have something to do with it. As I said, just a shot in the dark. I've always remembered several dreams a night (since I was a little kid) and have always been a very light sleeper but it got almost unbearable before my hypothyroidism was diagnosed. |
