| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Hi Jon,
Quote:
The dream had some connection with some Frances Bacon paintings I seen in an art gallery. If you are familar with F. Bs painting perhaps you will know about the purple flesh coloured abstracts hung on hooks. The dream was accompanied by a slow beat music of two notes: low C and F, repeating until I woke up. Hi. When I studied Art History [1890-1990 period] at College I came across his work, and frankly.... I don't care how much those paintings fetch, because, if I could afford one, I wouldn't have it in my house!!
Cheers, Jon.

I think dreams should just come naturally. For me dreams seem to come to me when I am most stressed and sometimes they calm me down. Sometimes dreams is just our very creative minds deciding to work overtime. So my suggestion, think about a certain topic, person, or something other before you sleep and you should probably have a dream about it.

[quote=JON;19576]However first I have to tell you that the best dreams are the ones you don't remember!
I would have to disagree on that one. Yah sometimes you don't rember them but I remember quite a few of mine. |

My husband is a chiropractor, and has a patient who had a hard time sleeping...and cannot ever remember having a dream in years. So he put her on a vitamin called Min-chex from the company standard process (only sold thru dr offices) But some vitamin stores carry them anyways. Well, o our patient came back the next week and said she takes them before bed, and she has been dreaming again! Not only that, but she can remember them too. Hope that helps.
