Default Very Unpleasent Mood Before Sleep

so im sitting in my bed with both my windows open.. i felt awkward like something is screaming something bad in my face warning me of something very bad that will happen soon.. is this a usual feeling? i never felt like this before tho. i can't sleep.. this is keeping me up all night. note.. i have not "day dreamed" during the time of the feeling nor did i watch a horror movie.


i felt like i had some pressure.. as if my life will be turned upside down and i don't know what i will do when it happens. please someone help me out

Interersting! You could possibly be psychic and are picking-up extra-sensory information. It might be meaningful but I doubt it. More probably, whatever the entity is, it is simply letting you know of its existence and nothing else. Some psychics have similar experiences on a frequent basis without knowing why. Try not to be afraid; experiences such as this do occur from time to time but they are usually benign.

I don't know much about psychic things, so i cant really comment on that, but i could be sleep paralysis. It can happen before you sleep aswell as after.

There are spiritual explanations for it, but the pshysical one is that when we enter the REM (deep) stage of sleep our bodies produce a chemical called serotonin (i think thats the name anyway) This keeps us paralysed so we don't act out our dreams. People who sleep walk don't produce enough, while those who have sleep paralysis produce too much. It causes hallucinations and strange sensations.

Im not saying the above is wrong, but i thought a physical explanation might help. Eithier way you are normal so don't worry!
