Hi. Does anybody know how long it usually takes to get feed back about a dream? I posted one and people have viewed it but no one has comented. Is my dream that strange that no one knows?

Hi,
For my side , This is the problem of Different hours in different countries. For example when I respond at 6 o'clock in the morning it will be nearly 6 o'clock in the evening Los Angeles time.In addition I was on a short trip for a few days recently.Of course there are other interpreters too. Hope To be more helpful. Good luck.

Sorry about sounding antsey. I just had a very terrible dream about my son and I worried that maybe it was an omen of bad things to come. Ususally when I have a dream of death it actually happens. Thank you for responding and sorry for sounding so rude.

I'm fairly new to this forum, but have noticed that more people like to
1) view dream postings than reply to them. I guess it's because some may not feel confident enough to comment on other's experiences. Or confident enough to do so. As dreams reveal our innermost thoughts and feelings, they may feel it's impolite, or that their comments maybe taken the wrong way. Also humans are innately curious and like to read things others have written. Or that they chose to 'interpret' dreams that strike and chord with their own lives and experiences. That are personal to them. 2) post their own dreams. Not necessarily because humans are egocentric. But we might just want to share our thoughts and feelings with others. Exchange ideas and experiences. Humans are social creatures, and don't like to feel alone or isolated. It is comforting to know there are people 'out there' just like us. The Web is a wonderful way of meeting people that, in our ordinary lives, we'd never come across. It transcends boundaries of all kinds and brings us closer together than in the past. Jon

Well the dream forums are not manned by professional dream intwerpretors. They are just people who have some good knowledge. Alsdo it may tajke a day or so for someone to post. Dream interpretors dop not as a rule sit on their machines waiting for new posts to be made. They will generally post once or twice a day.
Here are a few tips 1. post some good background knowledge. Say how you felt the day before. Say what your current state of mind is. If the dream features a particular person then give an explanation of that person and their character and how you feel about them. 2. always reply to a dream interpretor. If someone replies back to me then thats a positive sign. If someone tells me that I am completely wrong and that my explanation bears no relationship to relality then thats OK and its better than no reply at all ----------------------------- The dream mind is a conceptual mind. So expect the meaning of a dream to be a conceptual meaning. Try to think about the ideas and emotions that are forming in your mind. Dreams can be about health issues, they can be about relationships, they can simply reflect some paranoias in your mind. Simply put dreams are about the STUFF in your mind. So instead of trying to interpret the dream try to think about ideas forming in your mind. Whats more dreams concentrate on new feelings. They capture those moments when your feelings change. For instance the moment when you started to mistrust your boyfriend.
