| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Hi,
I am in big trouble right now and need advice. For the last 45 days I cant sleep properly. Sometimes I feel so sleep that I could sleep on desk while I am working in the office. This is not good for me nor for my boss (of course) but I can’t help my self. This is affecting my health and work also. When I go to bed I don’t feel sleepy. In the last when I sleep I get bad dreams. And in the morning I feel that I did not sleep in the night, which makes me drowsier. I need a properly dream free sleep. I m even planning to take sleeping pills. Please help me |

Well I feel that you are stressed out. For how long you work… I mean you timing of your job. May be if you are working more you are facing this problem. Don’t go for pills. Have you heard about DermaSleep patch? Try for once caz its drug free. You may get further information at their webstie. I think it’s by same name dermasleep. If you are not aware of using the patches you can discuss with your doctor. But remember that you should be above 21 to use this patch.

I had this problem about a year ago and it really began to mess my head up. Long story short, i needed to get my body back into routine, maybe not the best medical advice but try and keep yourself active during the day to give yourself more energy and drink caffeine maybe? i then had a bath with lavender oil and tried to read to put myself to sleep at a time i wanted to go to bed at, it took a while but my body finally got into a routine and my mind soon followed. I also watched this program on television the other day, this doctor dude said that the muscles in your eyes can strain easily, forcing your eyes to tire and close and like get sleepy. he said keep your head straight and look upwards to the ceiling, as you do this, using your peripheral vision focus on something like a chair on the ground, then look down again, repeat but keep adding more and more objects to your peripheral vision, it seems to work but hey does sound a bit random lol best of luck x
