Thank you. I hate dealing with this kind of thing... All part of life I guess, even though her death was painful I do have many happy memories of her. She's being cremated, and I have decided to keep her ashes in a nice container in my office. We babysat a puppy schnauzer yesterday for my mother in-law and surprisingly it was easy to do, almost a relief in fact... |

You have much strength my friend. Your daughter Bitsy was beloved and you took good care of her. Remeber all the happiness she brought you...use the love she taught you and spread it to others. I'm sure Bitsy thanks you and where ever her soul is right now, she will never forget you. Bless you my friend!

Palehorse,
I'll keep you and Bitzy in my prayers. We have a dog that we adopted from our local shelter three years ago. He wasn't what we were looking for, but we have grown so attached to him that he has become a member of our family. Right now, my brother-in-law has a Terrier who is a senior and has diabetes. He thought that he was going to have to put him to sleep this week. However, his vet was able to save him. Please rermember them. Thanks, Smitty |

It helps to read a poem called "The Rainbow Bridge" when a pet is suffering. It always seemed to make me feel better..

Hi Palehorse,
Gee how awful. In the picture Bitsy looks so alert and on top of it. It almost looks like she's saying "You cant fool me, I know whats going on!" Dont it? Wow what a little sweetheart. I'm glad your going for the chemo. Yes she could feel the effects for a while but on the chance that it could completely cure her it would be wonderful. On the chance you get another seven years or more with her. Here is praying for the two of you. In the hopes that every thing will come out ok. Lots of Love Vee (I am new to this forum) |
