What type of supernatural experience is this called?

I was in my house, my wife went upstairs, as soon as she went upstairs, I closed my eyes and saw someone that I knew, we were having heated discussion in a location from a former vision that I had that I never disclosed to this person in real life, I could hear the actual conversaiton like the person was sitting right next to me talking heavily in my ears. I was not asleep, I was fully aware of what was happening and there was a buzzing sensation on my head.

Background:

I was very hurt and disappointed in the person in this vision for some things that they did that I saw in the spirit. I did not share with them but I knew they sensed that I had pulled away from them. Could this person have sent themself to me spiritually? Is it possible for people to translate or send themselves to you. I am leary about certain experiences but open to hear as I answer to Jesus. It was really odd this person found out what was wrong with me and sense I did not talk to them they sent themself to me in the spirit sense to have the conversation and the scene took place at the place that I initially saw where they were came against me.

Any thoughts??????

I beleive I do know what it is about but I am looking for a term for it if there is one. I only told the story to explain the experience. I am not looking for an interpreation of what I saw but thoughts/ideas as to the type of expereince. I ask this because that buzzing sensation was present. I've had visions before without this buzzing but it always fascinates me with this buzzing thing. The voices heard were much much more clear as well than it is in a regular vision. That buzz always comes in the back of my head or neck. I am just open to hear others thoughts. Im going to google it somemore. I am always looking to learn something more. I know its a deeper level but how was it obtained. I beleive God is the giver of everything but is there a certain mediation that fosters these types of expereinces.

I'm not to sure on the way you explained your story, but could it be Remote Viewing?

In that you were witness to an event or conversation outside of using your conventional 5 senses.
