North Korea and the Green Dove

I had this dream concerning North Korea.
In this dream the dictator state was fully compliant with the world. This is not reality it is just what I saw in my dreams. So please allow me to continue.
I guess most feeling people would want an oppurutity to frame it and, well add comments. I will refrain from that, here is:

In this dream, North Koreas flags needed to be reconstructed. The flag literally was in five parts. One part consisted of 5 bars, 3 full bars and the other two shortanted.

On the flag was a seal, a dime shaped object consisting of a blue background and a green dove, signifiying compliance in some sort. I will not do the interpret here. This was a dream as a percussor to the next.

I traveeled to North JKorea in a small gold cart, I mean golf cart. Kim Jung Ill was in a business suit teaching students, not the biege jump suit. In this degree he appeared to be part of the global communitiy.

The Rub. His nuclear recator, verifiable in the dream at least, was in trouble. A hand came in and showed me that the reactor was for domestic purposes ans contained no highly enriched Uranium, not weapons grade, natural Uranium.

The End. The Nuclear reactor was over heating. It's intent was for its intented purpose, it was not weapons grade. But the danger, the big danger looms. The dream showed me a walled off society. Here is were is gets scientific. A lubrication failed within the steam engines. I remember seeing the steam being the only lubricate left. An arm of one pumps failed, ultimately, and started flailing around wildly into the housing, randoming punctiating as it went. The steam and the arms added to the destruction.

I then woke up, not in a sweat, but screaming.
