Sorry if this has already been mentioned, But some of threads on this forums are VERY LONG to search through
What do you think of dreams when you are woken up by a jolt, like as though you have tripped up over something? Someone i was speaking to was trying to tell me that when your asleep your soul drifts into different planes? and that when you wake up with a jolt its your soul landing back into your body Does this make sense to you ? |

Thanx, thats why i posted it on here because when she was trying to explain this soul thing to me i thought it sounded a bit far fetched

This happens to me all the time, I never understood why it was happening. I would hope that its not my soul trying to leave my body though lol.
