| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Ever since I was a child I have been doing this. I know because I have asked my mother =]. One time when the window was open, I almost fell out, but my sister rescued me. Well that was ages ago, so was this:
I was in bed and I started saying things, my sister said I looked like I was in agony. The other time when I was very small, [the stage when you are addicted to milk, around 3years, thats when I started drinking out of a cup] anyways, I kept raising my arms as if my mother was giving me milk, like some Mime. Luckily that hasnt happend since a very long time, but why does this happen? Violet <3 |

Both sleepwalking and sleeptalking seem to be a reaction to unusual stress in one's life.

Quote:
A lot of children are allergic to certain foods. Most of the nightmares in childhoo are caused by allergies to some food, fear of abandonment and childhood ailments especially fever. Children are espcially prone to night terrors if the parents argue a lot. Childre as well as adult have negative thought intrude into sleep, however it is harder for a child to cope with it. I ran in my sleep a few times in college. One time, I woke up in an elevator totally confused as to how I got there. Let me tell you that I've been sleep walking free for 10 years. However, because of the experience, I always want to sleep on the ground level for safety's sake. I think you will be alright.

I had this problem till the age of 14..i wet by bed, walk and shout in my sleep. Later it was cured by homeopathic medicines. I strongly suggest homeopathic treatments as english medicines are too strong and can cause more side effects.

Sometimes my husband sleepwalks. I think it's caused by anxiety. Something unfinished during the day that invades the sleeping mind causing the person to get up while still asleep.
Or maybe they are dreaming and it is so real that the sleeper wants to participate the dream. For more information on dreams and interpretation of your weirdest ones, drop by A Dreams-Teller's blog.A DREAMS-TELLER You'll get answers to what your dream means and more....
