Lightbulb Is there such a thing as dreamin to much?

Hi, I am new to this forum. From the posts ive read seems like theres newcomers everyday I have joined this forum to get a lil advice of why i have been having so many lucid dreams lately. I do believe that dreaming is the other state of conciousness and I believe you can intereact with other energies. I have interpreted alot of what my dreams mean, I just find it very ackward because I usually never dream, but over the past week or two I have been having a different dream everynight. I have a journal and I write my dreams down everyday I wake up. But is anyone else having any weird patterns in there dreams lately? I know there is no weird changes in the earths magnetic field which an sometimes trigger lucid dreaming. I was just wondering if anyone is feeling the same.

yeah, i am very aware of my surroundings. i have interpreted all my dreams, and followed through in each one. i have kinda been trying to make myself dream, but then again, i cant always help it. i know the stars are goin through a transitional stage right now, i think this might be the reason for my chaotic dreaming

Default Dreaming too much

Dear shamandreamer: Your statement thats theres nothing going on with the magnetosphere seems to be contrary to a number of website blogs wherein people around the world were feeeling nauseaus from magnetosphere changes as reported by Zetatalk in a sunday newsletter two weeks ago. However I would certainly agree with you that certain atmospheric changes will precipitate deep sleep patterns. In deep sleep or REM sleep our bodies generate infectious fighting antibodies which help ward of various infections, bacterial, viral, etc. In the Seattle area we were treated to a scortching hot summer with temps in the upper 90's for two weeks running. Once the hot weather broke the cool air and light rains allowed people to relax and resume healthy sleep patterns again. Coastal residents have an added avantage for relaxation. The plankton produce a byproduct called sulfur triptolines, the sea breezes carry these alcoholic vapors to beachside areas which helps people relax. That is most likely why folks on beaches get terrible sunburns with little or no sensory perception that the process is taking place. In summary I would suggest theres nothing wrong with an interval of deep sleep and lucid dreaming . Both are extremely healthy for a persons body and psyche as well. Best regards.

If waking reality is a tad boring, our dreamscapes can make up for it. Otherwise, I'd have gone crazy by now. I do wonder if we can get "dream hangovers". There is a song "I had too much to dream last night." Dream buffets are great, but, we can miss a lot of recall when we open our eyes.
