Dear unknown1: Most generally the brain waves in sleep are an alpha-theta pattern. Those who practice meditation techniques also achieve an alpha-theta brain wave pattern. Which would suggest in a state of relaxation vision process could very well equal a dream. At least thats my opinion. Best regards

i think yes.
sleep is not a simple function, it`s basically tranform your body from one position to another position so i think you can still have nightmare while a wake because the body and the mind doesnt switch on and off in a second. you can be between the situation at least for couple of minutes. |
