| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Throughout my whole life since the age of 3 I can remember dream after dream until last night. I didn't dream at all. I slept but, I did not dream. What does this mean?

Did you stay up later than normal last night? Went to bed early? Are you on any medication you have not been on before(namely sleep aids but other meds also)? Because it has been proven that you simply can't go a night without dreaming. But some times you don't remember them. Changes in lifestyle and eating habits have been known to improve/decrease how well you can remember your dreams. So can being overly tired or hungry when you go to bed can have an effect to.

It meant that you had a good nights sleep! No glitches, no illness or external or internal disturbance. That is how a normal nights sleep should be! Cheers Wolfjk

it`s psychical phenomena. what might happen is that you dont remeber your dreams. maybe you are under stress or changed your life style?
The best thing to do is to try figure out what is bothering you or what you changed in your life and when you will know the answer the dreams will come back |
