Default Waking up out of REM

Hi Guys!

Not to long ago I got my results from two days at a sleep clinic. It turns out I have trouble falling sleeping and I wake up out of REM many times during the night. I was given TRYPHTAN which works wondering with regards to allowing me to fall asleep. However I am still left waking up a good 5 times out of REM during the night. This is taking a major toll on me!

Does anyone have any suggestion on how not to wake up at night?

Default waking out of REM

Dear writer: My goodness the medical community really got creative in your case, didn't they? I have some very good news sources, quite personally ,who inform me the experts in the medical field have finally gotten together with religious authorities and in joint excercise which will produce an eternal life pill to be available soon at practically no cost to the general public. Lets get down to 3 rd demensional space realities. The process of aging is a long slow process of body limb and tissue dehydration. To address these issues the medical community has prescribed diet and excerise regimens which were followed rigorasly by Tamie Fae Baker, Fartah Fawcett, and Lance armstrong, all of which has given the general public absolute confidence information from the medical community is beyond reproach. One of the most common reasons people wake in their sleep is their airways around the face dry out. Facial airways is considered by most to be connective body tissue and with aging joins the crowd and dries out. What I about to say next really i'snt talked about much outside the medical field because of its complexity of comprehension. The digestive track by virtue of its sheer volume will always contain liquids. Conversly the head of a human is about 10% as large as the digestive track tissue in most people. Chances are a person sleeping on their sides or bellies would have less drying out of the airways then a person sleeping on their backs. On the other hand if you desire the attention and costs of prescribed medications which nobody needs from the medical community, the medical community would no doubt be honored with your generous funding. The reason we all get used by so called authority figures begins with the premise there is something uniquely wrong with us as people. Try to accept the attitude that if you or I are alive today we are in better shape than 99% of the rest of the population who have incarnated in the last 500 years. Take care

karmic,
what good would it do humanity for us all to have an eternal life pill? I personally think it would be disastrous! And of the 3 people you mentioned only Lance Armstrong is still living.

ceastora,
If you feel your medication is doing you no good go back to the doctor and ask for a change. Also have you tried relaxation techniques before bed?

Default The rem segment

Dear myrna: Come on now my message was tongue in cheek. You must be aware that a physician would charge a trillion at least for such a prescription. However that doesn't mean such a prescription does not exist for indeed it does. Going back to the stories of the Announaki or angels and their technologies estimated to be 10,000 years ahead of our technologies there were some curious items. To begin the announaki or angels of planet x or nibiru live deep under the vast oceans of that planet. Both they and their spacecraft are adept under the seas as well as out in deep space. For the angels to land on the planet earth was about as welcome to them as putting any of us out in the middle of the sahara desert. On the planet earth the angels lifespan was aprroximately 60 years as was our lifespans, contrary to public misinformation sources. As with any group there were select shall we say countryclubs. That is those who petitioned to extend their lifespans on earth as well as anywhere else were given prescriptions to lengthen their lifespans. Those prescriptions were formulated by taking monotomic (or powdered gold) and refining it by subjecting it to a 2000 deg c. temp. Those elevated temperatures were created by irradiation of argon lamps. That was the process the alchemists were attempting to duplicate in the middle ages. Of course obtaining argon lamp illumination without electricity would have been impossible. I doubt that that process can be replicated with our present technologies. There is a close second, which is monotomic gold in less refined form which is advertised as well as other advanced technology devices in an Australian New Age monthly publication. The name of which escapes me at the present. The Australians have every reason to be approximately 20 years ahead of the rest of us in new age studies. The path of planet x begins over the southern hemisphere, soAustralia, new Zealand, and the south sea islands will initially get the worst earthquakes, tsunamis etc on planet x's approach. Hopefully earth will be at least in 5th demensional space by that time, in which case the end times epoch will not affect us. The book of Revelations by Daniel was predicated on the 3,600 year cycle of planet x. The revelations chapter was completely oblivious to the 26,000 cycle called the procession of the equinoxes, which by an extremely rare coincidence is occurring at the same time as the 3,600 year cycle of planet x. If planet x arrives as much as 10 to 20 years later than scheduled, the entire book of revelations will be invalid. At the moment that appears to be what will occur.

Hiya karmic,
Sorry if I missed the tongue in cheek aspect of your post! I do remember reading in the news in the past week of a pill being developed that could extend human lifespan. My thought upon reading that news was why on earth would we WANT TO do that in an over crowded world?
As to the Anunnaki, I've tried very hard to read as much evidence about them as possible but it's not easy to find legitimate sources of info. Where are you getting yours may I ask? That's not a baiting question incase you are wondering! Truely I am curious! But please no links to 'iffy' sites that are based only on opinion or that require you to purchase some book written by someone completely unqualified. Those sorts of sites irritate me no end. Also while I try to have an open mind, I find little evidence of the existence of planet X beyond the scare mongering sites.

P.S. To the original poster, apologies for hijaking your thread!

I am very confused by both your messages. If the original tone (im guessing) from you karmicresponse, is that you do not like the fact that im taking medication, let me inform you that I have been dealing with this issue of insomnia since I was a child. Unfortunately I am unable to function at work or in school without sleep! Ive tried many different techniques, medication and tapes out there. As of right now if I do not take a medication I do not sleep. I will go way of 72 hours without rest. Medication is my last alternative. Im looking for ways off of it but im tackling it one part at a time. Waking out of REM is a very Serious issue for me. If it keeps on happening I will have no choice but to take some heavier medication like Serquel to get to sleep and stay a sleep. I would gladly put myself through hell but in the end I need to be able to function at work to pay my bills. If there was a way I could not use medication that would be amazing!

ceastora,
I suffer from insomnia a few times a year but luckily for me it only lasts for a week or there abouts. My sister also has this problem. I've never been to a sleep clinic myself as obviously it's not such a serious problem for me. I feel sorry that you have these problems all the time. Curious to know if you have any headaches when waking from REM sleep? The reason I ask is I have on a few occasions forced myself to awaken during REM and it's not been a nice experience. Just so you know I'm not against medication and I am no doctor. For me with less serious problems as you, I have found relaxation techniques and yoga to be helpful when I do suffer from insomnia. Maybe this as well as your medication could help? Just an idea.

Thank you Mwyna! No I do not get headaches. In fact I meditate regularly and am staring Yoga. I do hope the yoga will make a difference but I have a feeling it's going to take a lot more. I just have no idea how to go about it!

If you mean you don't know how to go about yoga, don't worry! I fell many times before I began to get my balance. Saying this, I haven't done it for a few years now and I think I'll take it back up myself! Giving you best wishes it will help you some.

Hi,
What sort of sleep clinic did you attend? You don't wake up out of REM! Rapid Eye Movement only indicates that you're dreaming. It is the dream that wakes you up! The problem is finding out why your dreams have to wake you so many times a night?
Perhaps you should ask yourself some questions when you wake up in the middle of the night; Do you feel any discomfort or pain? Do you need to use the lavatory too often? Do you suffer from sleep apnea? Do you snore?
However if you do not have any of those problems, it is possible that you are a light sleeper and the slightest disturbance or discomfort wakes you up.
The natural course of a nights sleep runs like this: you go to sleep for about 90 minutes, have a few seconds or minutes of REM, the dream changes your sleeping position without waking you, have another hours sleep, some REM, get comfortable without waking up completely and when you have enough sleep a final waking dream wakes you without remembering the dream.
You should not have any problems if you wake up and go back to sleep straightaway. It may be your natural sleeping pattern.
You should only be concerned if you experience some discomfort or pain after waking.
Cheers Wolfjk
