The Anti-Christ/(messiah) is HERE?!

So I heard some disturbing news that some people are saying the "Messiah" and some saying the "Anti-christ" is here. I took a look for myself (I suggest you do the same) & I found him to be legitimate!! His name is Maitreya & he is suggesting Combining ALL of the Religons together!?! He says he was born in Tehran, in Persia, in 1944. Maitreya is even Advocating the symbol the "Swastika." Here is a quote from him.

I would like people to see the truth, what has been revealed through me, through the prophecies, through the teaching, through the words that have come through THOTH, through the truth of the unification of ALL religions together as ONE, through the possibility to bring peace and unity to humanity through the Communities of Light, the truth that the only way is the formation of the Communities of Light. And then they will see the prophecies are fulfilled” (Discourse given by Maitreya on 7/16/89)

And for those of you who dont already know the Swastika is symbol for the SUN. Those who worship Satan also worship the Sun which sets in the East! This guy was born in Persia which is East of Jerusalem.

Maitreya is an idea based on new age insanity. The title of "Lord Maitreya" can be retroactively applied to whomever actually is revealed to be the A/C, through the act of establishing a "covenant with the many", meaning Israel and her neighbors.

Despite our best attempts to guess the identity of the A/C, we will never know for sure as followers of Jesus, because our "parousia", or rapturing occurs before his revealing.

I have to say that I've deleted most of my post 2 times because this is not a board dedicated to this type of thing. I'm tempted to go into more detail than would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the Pre-rapture is False & is only an idea made by those who want to confuse those who dont read the actual scripture. And we will know because the Bible gives us specific warning.

Why shortened? Because Jesus will only come after the Abomination of Desolation is SEEN in the HOLY PLACE. It is like a TEST to see who can Outlast the corruption of this world while awaiting for his return.

nDear writer: To understand the antichrist concept takes a lot of reading ands listening. The term antichrist was developed by the seer Nostradamous. Nostradamous named three of them in the perkiod of time interval he covered which was between the year 1,300 a.d. and the year 2012. There is a good possibility by the year 5,000 a.d. their indeed may be 10 antichrists. The anti christs he mentioned were Hisler (Adolf Hitler), Napolean (napolean Bonapart) and the third he named as Mabus ( an anagram which has yet to be decoded). As far as the listening is concerned The radio talk show George noory on coast to coast am frequently has hosts who are futurists that make sometimes accurate predictions. The best one I've heard is that the third antichrist will come out of Iran and will wear a blue turban , he will be known as Gamal or the beautiful one. There are other astrological indicators that the 3rd antichrist is ewxpected to be Alexander Putin, the former premiere of Russia. Altho one would have a chore of fitting Alexander Putin into the mabus anagram. Thats okay, I think your uncompassionate & insensitive! BTW WHO say's you have to ONLY believe in SCIENCE & nothing Else?? (Who says??) I want to start by asking you to have an open mind about what I have to say, just as I'm trying to do with you. Even though we might not believe the same exact things, I believe we can be civil and respectful in our differences.

I started out with this because it seemed like you might be on guard after the last comment so anyways, on to the topic.

I remember seeing commercials (yeah, really) for this guy and his organization on tv maybe 4 or 5 years ago. They didn't come on so often, but the basic message was that this man was another avatar for God. If I remember right it said something like "throughout history there have been great prophets . . . Christ, Krisna ect ect and now (man's name). The run up on their faith is that all religions should meld and see that they're all worshiping the same God. This idea is similar to what Ramakrishna believed and taught.

He studied and practiced Christianity, Islam and a few other religions over some years and felt sure that the religion he was practicing at the time was right and true and singular (first Islam then Christianity)then somehow came back to believe that "we all worship the same God". From there he started his doctrine.

From what I've read (not extensive or anything), he seems to have been a decent, honest and happy man regardless of if you believe he's burning in hell or not, you have to admit that he wasn't trying to rule over or brainwash people.

You and the Christians you know obviously, wouldn't fall for it if it was a anti-christ scheme and I can speak for myself and both the Christians and Non-Christians that I know- none of us are mesmerized or caught up in this man and his message.

Doesn't the Bible say that the anti-christ will be loved and people will be drawn to him(wasn't it 80% of the people on the Earth or something)?

All I'm saying is, this idea of his isn't a new one(there are a few doctrines and faiths that basically believe the same idea) and that everyday people aren't drawn to him.

That's my two cents, for whatever it's worth.

Hazelflame, the bible was written by man, not God. The bible is the word of man and not the word of God. If you take history class you will learn that the Puritans wrote the book of Genesis and they rebelled against the catholic church. Christianity was created as a rebellion. This is what religion itself has represented from the beginning of time.
