| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

Hi,
I found out once that if you tell people what to dream about while sleeping then their subconscious mind takes in the information while keeping them asleep and so they dream about what you said. Can someone give me some information on it or even better the name and details of some experiments when they tested this out. I need this urgently for a school project so if you could be quick I'd be really grateful |

I have a perfect example, I had a friend from another country and we decided to meet in astral projection but, this could only be mastered in sleep. So before sleeping, we both meditated on astral projection and actually met in an astral plane in the dream. The next day my friend described to me what they experienced in their dream and I experienced the same exact thing.
Another example, I wanted to experience what it was like to fly so I meditated before I fell asleep of falling from the sky and somehow I fell into a deep lucid sleep and experienced flying. It felt very real and amazing. I think that meditation is a form of hypnotism, a trance of some sort to influence your subconscious. |
