I was just wondering how you astrial project? I have always thought that it would be cool to learn how to do if I could do it. Is it hard to do at all?

If you go to google.com and type in "astral projection" (correct spelling) you will find that over one million entries come up! Wow, there is plenty of information out there on the topic!

Astral projection is also known as out-of-body experiences (aka OBE's) and remote viewing.

I don't know how to tell you how to do it, as I do it spontaneously, not by using any method.

If you find yourself in a lucid dream viewing the scene from the ceiling, you are probably astral projecting, and cannot interact with the other people in the dream, only watch them.

the first time i ever heard of astro plaining(thats what my dad called it) it was very interesting to me. its something that he learned to do in one of his martial arts classes years ago. it took him YEARS to learn how to do it but took me just a few hours. i dont know how to explain it, except that its just the most relaxed and wonderful ive ever felt. the best way i can explain HOW to do it isnt going to be very helpful i dont think, but ill try... think of a person you want to see or a place you want to be(someone that youve met or someplace that youve been) i found it easier to sit on the ground indian style, back straight and hands on my knees palm up.... eyes closed think of that person or that place and concentrate on "refreshing your soul", or "getting in touch with your inner self". stay still but imagine yourself reaching out with your hands, imagine stretching your legs out, imagine watching your self standing up....
i tried a hundred times before i even got close so dont feel bad if it doesnt work for you, i hope this helped

You can ask yourself the question: "How do I daydream?" Astral projection is a form of daydreaming. It is a form of self-hypnotism. You learn to imagine wandering the universe and after some practice it works.
However it is all in the imagination. After some time this imaginary world becmes the "real" world to you.
Your imagination is the limit of what you can do!
All those people who believe it to be real have learned to lie to themselfs. You try to tell them they are liars all, and they'll bite your head off!
The subconscious mind is surreal world!

Well, you must be totally headless by now then, Wolf, no wonder you can't think!

Did you ever hear of Dale E. Graff? His books are on my booklist I posted. He's a former director of a U.S. Government project called "Stargate" and a very interesting man. Stargate used "remote viewing", the scientific community's name for astral projection, to gather information about missing soldiers, enemy operations, etc. I don't think they thought it was just their imagination, really.
