Yes, I have! I really like them for emotional things... they are very helpful. The first I tried was Rescue Remedy, which a Reiki Master recommended when I was nervous about a flight, and it calmed me completely, with just four tiny drops of the stuff in a glass of water. And it's super-diluted, so it doesn't give any side effects or anything. I also like White Chestnut for when my mind gets all busy and worried and racing. It quiets it down. I have others too, that I just use when I feel a need for them. A bottle lasts a very long time too! You don't usually need any of it every day.

Thanks Iris. I've been looking at them for a while now and have never been able to decide. Like you I don't really take many medications, even OTC pain medicine unless I really must. I think though that I will finally get some.
