O.K. Last night, I fell asleep with my head rsting on my dogs side. I do this all the time, but last night, when I started to dream I was in a car and then I remember thinking, I wonder what the dog dreams about.
And then, in first person, I was chasing a cat daown the streat! It was so realy that I could feel my paws hitting the ground. I just some how knew that I was seeing my dogs dream as she saw it. Is this at all plaussble? You know, to break into another dreaming life? 'Course I may just be insane.

yup I agree with skyb296, I don't think its possible.
Sometimes it happens to me I wonder or start thinking about something before I go to sleep and I dream it. |

Of course it's possible, All is One. There is only ONE LIFE, in myriad form. Separation among the myriad is merely a belief, that creates an imagined reality. Hard for most human beings to understand, let alone experience, is that we are EVERYTHING pretending to be only something.
Especially in the less dense levels of consciousness (i.e., not consciously focused on 3D matter as in daily life, such as in altered states of awareness, meditating, dreaming, etc.) we can experience just about anything with our consciousness. It requires a suspension of beliefs, openness, a heart connected to a deeper essence of reality and Self (love)... but it's certainly possible. While wide awake once, I had a fleeting desire flash through me, to know what it's like to soar through the air like an eagle. Immediately I had a dizzying flash of experiencing just that. Through the tops of trees in a forest and then up into the sky, in what seemed lightening speed. It was exhilarating! I was in awe for a bit and then said thanks and went about my usual mundane life. If you've ever experienced "beginner's luck", you know the feeling... I had that experience once, but can't repeat it. My persona, ego, the belief-confined self, what-have-you... now gets in the way. You know the idea that one must become as a child to enter the kingdom of heaven? To me (not a religious person), this idea is actually sound. When we let go of our mentally structured "musts" about reality, when we innocently and openly, with curiosity, approach life (as a child would)... life responds instantly and wonderfully. That we don't experience this all the time is a product of our self-inflicted restrictions on what's possible, imo. Congratulations on your experience! You're far less constrained by the mores and tangled web of human beliefs than you might realize! And thank that dog of yours... obviously there's a lot of love between you. Blessings! I agree with Sowelu; it is entirely possible.

Im not saying its not possible. But the chances are good that because thats what you were thinking before you feel asleep and that you knew you were on your dog thats why.
I believe anythings possible but it could just be a coincidence. But who knows

There is an old mountain legend that describes exactly what you explained, either sleep with a buckeye under your head that was previously under a dog's head and you'll dream the same dream. So why wouldn't it be possible for you to do it if you are in contact with him?
