Hello Marc,

Everybody dreams, you probably have difficult remember yours. Your ability to recall your dreams could be affected by how long you sleep or some food sensitivity. Abreviated sleep times and alcoholic beverages prior to sleeping have been shown to impede our ability to remember our dreams. Consider your sleep time and what you consume before laying down. I hope this helps.

yea.
Also, sometimes you might have a dream really really early in the night and then keep on sleeping after the dream is over. It makes it really really hard to remember it, even if it was really vivid. Unlike dreams right before you wake up which you usually at least remember having dreamt.

The only way you can have no dreams is to have no thoughts during the day; what you need is help in recalling the dreams or to have a lucid dream that you will remember. I suggest you put a pyramid under your bed and see what happens (it doesn't have to be an actual pyramid as you can build one out of blocks or books or anything); they will bring on a nightmare.

Just as DrmDoc said......everybody dreams. After you consider your getting enough sleep, etc....... before you go to sleep each night tell yourself you are going to remember your dream.

Default I remember,

Hi,
Contrary to most eoples opinion on here, it is quite normal not to remember dreams. Even the most self trained luci dreamers remember only afraction of their dreams. The reason is that most dreams happen at subconscious level when the brain is asleep.
We remember our dreams when something happens in the sleep that requires the level of consciousness to be brought up near the waking level. Dreaming, especially in the middle of the night means that there is something amiss with the system. However we all need a dream to wake us up in the morning and most people remember their waking dreams.
A healthy young individual the normal thing is not to remember any dreams. Sometimes he or she would see the tail end of a waking dream, but it is forgotten by the time one foot is out of bed!
Cheers Wolfjk

The last person I met who "had no dreams at all" was in "No Time for Sergeants"
