| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

For a long time I have been friends with beings that I refer to as spirits, although I am not much experienced in these kind of things so if they´re actually something else I do not know. Also I cannot prove their existence in any way, all I know is that I believe in them since I can feel their presence. They usually reside within me, but although we have been so close for so long I know very little about them... They speak through their feelings, and sometimes they have shown me sceneries. But I am not a very good listener... When I try to understand I might become confused and if I then keep on trying I get a slight headache... So I´m wondering if anyone knows some way to learn understanding them better?

Your problem is universal! Nearly every intelligent 3 year old has imaginary friends and talk to them! They even take them on trips and picnicks! Seriously, your dreams are normal. Your subconscious uses your childhood experiences to create your dreams. There is a simple clue in your post: "When I try to understand I might become confused and if I then keep on trying I get a slight headache" My guess is that you are using your brain too much in studying and concentrating on your hobbies and that gives you headache in your sleep. So headaches are the real cause of your dreams. You will grow out of them!! Cheers Wolfjk

...I cannot "see" them in my mind, like with imaginary friends. I feel them. And although I am not completely sure of exactly when I met the first three, I have not known them since childhood.

These spirits that you feel, do they make you feel good or are they causing you to feel distressed?
Can you ignore them if you want to? Why do you pay attention and try to put into words what they are feeling? Are the spirits important to you? Would you like to have them leave you? Just interested.

Yes, I can ignore them, although I wish I didn't as much as I do. I try to understand them because, well, they are my friends. Also if I could do that perhaps we could find some way to save nature together... And yes, they are important to me. I´d never want them to leave, if they do I feel terribly lonely. Even though I am a loner...
