Excited about something wakes me up

Hello,
Lately I am suffering restless nights. These often occur when I am excited about something or some out of the ordinary is happening in my life.
At the moment I have just ordered a new car in normal life, Since then I have short dreams about ordering, Recieving or changing the car. These dreams are quite short & often I feel awake when they occur.
The dream then recycles again and again to the point where I am tosing & turning. I seem unable to change this patern unless I get up and pop downstairs for 30 mins to 'Reset' then go back to bed
This occurs early on in the night & at the moment is happening every night.

Anyone recommend anything (short of cancelling the car of course)!
