i had a dream last night where a friend of mine that ive recently lost touch with and shes in a bad situation right now and i cant talk to her, well she was telling me something about whats going on with her right now and i feel like it was a way of telling me something and i can remember wat she said and its driving me crazy. anyone know of any methods to try and help to remember a dream?

this has helped me- keep open minded through out the day and take a good look at every surrounding object *but don't concentrate to hard then it may just slip your mind

This is similar to what i do to try and remember dreams because I've found i remember a lot more of a particular dream if I'm not directly trying to. Its as if the dream wants to come out on its own time through visual triggers.
