Hi,
The reason you have these dreams is because you have to be woken from your sleep. The scenario comes from your memory. However it may not be an actual experience but something you read in the papers, seen in TV, or sheard someone talk about.
You are the best person to decide what causes the dream. Next time you have it and wake up, take stock of how you feel, any pain, headache or dizziness could cause it in your sleep.
Cheers Wolfjk
