| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

I had just begun taking a new med recently. Since then I've noticed that my dreams have been really strange and far out. Then I read the side effects from this medication (neurontin) and one of the side effects is strange dreams. If you begin a new medication and begin dreaming strangely, you may want to read the possible side effects. I never before realized that this could happen.

Many medicines and drugs make dreams more vivid. The disturb electro-magnetic balance in the brain so the dreams have to be more vivid to get their message across. Foods have different effects. Some foods cause indigestion and heartburn and it is the heartburn tha causes the bad dreams. Is your medication necessary? Ask your doctor if there is an alternative medicine that don't cause vivid dreams. Cheers Wolfjk
