i was lying on my bed, resting sideways facing my right.
paralysed. i heard clear short breathings more like sniffings. I could hear clear real in my face breathing sounds from my right ear when its covered by the pillow. ( I'm deaf on my left ear) then i felt warm breath breathing out, or blowing onto me from behind from my left on the shoulders and from the back of my left arm(behind of the deltroids and triceps.) I could even feel the breath blowing n flowing a bit to the surrounding skin. but i can't see it i try to turn my head to face it but only my eyes can move but can only see the front of my shoulders. Then my shoulders n the back of my arms(the part where the warm breath was felt) got this strong vibrating vaccuum feeling like life is being sucked out from there but without the vacuum cleaner sound, it was silent. it was very similar like 80% similar to the feeling if u stick a vacuum cleaner on ur skin. but the area coverage was huge. like the whole shoulder, deltroids, triceps, and a little bit from my neck. I was pretty sure it was around or at least 1000 watts on a huge area, from my judgement. and during the vaccuum i can still hear clear strong sharp breaths it was even rhythm, it was abnormal kinda breathing, like a short strong breath in ( hmff) then after 3 sec breath out warmth on my skin for like maybe 5 second breathing out . then randomly a few seconds later short clear breathing in, etc... no ryhthm I calmly said "God, Heavenly father, Jesus." and it went away. I then said a short prayer on my bed. I wasnt terrified or anything in fact i wasnt affected in any way like nothing has happened. even after the incident, the area vacuumed had some aftermath like the muscles/skin was slightly weak and shakened. there were no marks on the surface of my skin. is it like my soul is being sucked out or something but failed? It was unlike any other sleep paralysis i had. It's like something evil was upon me. My previous sleep paralysis are simply just couldnt move but am aware of my surroundings kinda thing, with some kinda anxiety and nervousness and some struggling to want to get free from the paralysis. but this particular one, i was fairly relax, but just unable to move. like something else was paralysing me. I was fairly alert n aware and just waiting to see what happens next til the vacuum part, everything my brain tells me it is bad and i just said God,Jesus, heavenly father etc. and everything fades away in a few seconds. the scary thing is that i wasnt even scared. my mind was like " ok this is something new lets see what happens " and besides i coulden see the space behind me so i was pretty chill still. --- i would say the incident took maybe around 2-3 minutes only. And there was no other human at home other than me. Everything happened so fast n silent without any changes to the environment. you get what i mean, there isnt anyone playing a prank on me or something. as in i was really alone and that no one could get in. Anyone any ideas? Last edited by ChosenOne : 10-14-2008 at 01:50 PM. |

Hi,
Your own subconscious can play some pretty clever tricks on you! Quote:
The dream was trying to turn you over becase some part of your body gone numb: Then my shoulders n the back of my arms. The warm breath you felt and heard was your own. That is another trick of your own subconscious! Quote:

i was conscious the whole time. and it was a different breathing from my own. i can hear my own breathing but it was not as sharp/strong/clear/ or loud as the other breathing. and my nostrils is facing away from any part of my body.
