Art: paintings from people on this board

I think it would be good to have a topic where people from this board can post their own paintings, drawings, or illustrations they have done themselves, especially if dream inspired.

Here's one I did. It is of a tree growing through a fat heart with money at the base of the tree growing out of the rocky ground of a seashore of a red sea which was based on a series of dreams:

Thanks MannyAnalogue for your post! I like your painting. I think it captures the drama we experience in dreams very well. If we get enough posts, this can become another tool for dream interpretation.

A common image in a dream I have and I am sure others have is that of a great lake or other body of water with waves crashing gently on a rocky shore line:

I'm really surprised this didn't take off. I expected it to catch on quick.

Couldn't you make it a "sticky" or something, so it would stay at the top of the page? (so more people would be likely to see it and post) I'm not used to forums or whatever so I'm not sure.

I'm not sure but were you asking how to put your files up on the internet?

You can sign up to a few different art sites for free, and then post a link wherever you need to.

Deviant Art is a pretty popular one, I signed up for this one because at the time it was the only site like that, that I knew of.

Even if you're not used to using sites like this(I'm the same), it doesn't take too long to figure it out.
